Scope Export Options, UI Fixes, Verify Improvements, and File Manager Enhancements

This update includes new export options, UI polish, improvements in Verify, and better file handling across the platform. We also resolved several localization issues and made Autodesk model troubleshooting more transparent.

Added an option in Scope exports to include unscoped tasks
Updated icon alignment across the interface
Made improvements to text editing for cleaner formatting
Added more diagnostic information when Autodesk models fail to provide properties
Added the ability to attach a file from File Manager directly inside the Verify module
Fixed an issue where the logo in headers was stretched in landscape layouts
Fixed an issue where the Document ID was hidden when using non-concatenating codes
Updated bSDD import to automatically trim the parent code on import
Added more header line style options
Fixed an issue where editors could not @mention certain users
Updated Verify search to include elements nested inside container groups
Updated File Manager workflow to archive files instead of deleting them, with a holding area for archived files
Fixed right-to-left versus left-to-right text alignment issues in Scope content
Fixed a CSV import issue for Japanese characters; Japanese text now imports correctly
