Previously, deleting a document section permanently removed it with no way to recover it. That’s now changed.
When removing a
document section
, you now archive it instead of deleting it:
  • Archived sections are hidden by default
  • They become visible when you enable filters and choose to show archived sections
  • Archived sections appear at the top of the document
  • Any archived section can be restored at any time using the three-dot menu
image
The same workflow applies to
document tabs
, with one important difference:
  • Archiving a document tab archives all of its sections at once
  • The original tab structure is removed, and the content becomes a flat list of archived sections
  • Archived document tabs can be restored, which restores all associated sections together
  • Archived content can also be permanently deleted if needed
This gives you a much safer way to clean up documents while preserving history, references, and audit trails.
