Toggle Visibility of Non-Applicable Information Requirements in Reports

When generating Information Requirements reports and printouts, it would be highly beneficial to have the ability to exclude information requirements that are not used in the project or not applicable to the selected filters.
Similar to the existing functionality for toggling empty scope rows on/off, please add an option to:
• Toggle off unused information requirements
• Toggle off non-applicable information requirements based on the currently applied filters
• Apply this toggle both in the "GRID" and "INFO" Reports
This would significantly improve report clarity, reduce noise, and make exported/printed documents more relevant, readable, and project-specific.
