Currently, team invitations are sent as a single email with no ability to resend. There is a risk that a user misses the email - a workaround is to remove and re-add the team member, which is not intuitive...

Proposed Improvements:

1. Automated Invitation Email Sequence

Replace the single invitation email with a short automated sequence: Initial invite > Reminder after X days if not accepted > Final reminder

2. Manual “Resend Invite” Functionality

Add a Resend Invite button for pending team members, including:

• Individual resend option per user

• Bulk resend option at team level and project level, allowing all pending invitations to be resent in one action

Such features result: better user experience, reduced admin friction, clearer visibility and control over invitation status
