Status-Based Colors for Timeline Bars

Currently, timeline bars inherit Team colors. Adding the option to reflect status colors could make the schedule more intelligent and in some use cases more informative.

Great feedback - a solid first step could be to allow status pills to appear directly on each task bar in the timeline view, similar to how they’re already visible in the grid view. Since there’s already a view preference toggle for showing statuses in the grid, this behavior could be extended to the timeline as well.
That way, users get the added clarity of status information without losing the existing team color structure, and it keeps the experience consistent across views.
