Filter Scope Grid by Information Requirements

Add the ability to filter the scope grid by information requirements.
Specifically, when viewing an information requirement, the counter that shows how many times it has been applied to scope items should be clickable. Clicking this number would automatically filter the scope grid to display only the scope items that have that specific information requirement assigned.
This would significantly improve traceability, navigation, and usability when working with large scope grids and complex information requirement mappings.

Moving this to In Progress. We're making the Information Requirement counters clickable so that clicking the number next to an IR will automatically filter the Scope grid to just the scope items that IR is applied to. This should make traceability and navigation across large IR to scope mappings much faster. We'll post another update here (and you'll get an email) once it's live in the product. Thanks for the suggestion!
