Quick update: we're moving this to In Progress. We're adding a filter option for empty rows in Scope, so you can hide them from the current view without having to go row by row. This should keep big scope grids a lot tidier. We'll update this post (and send an email) as soon as it's shipped. Thanks for the feedback!
