Similarly to the File Manager functionalities, archive document sections before deleting them

Previously, deleting a document section permanently removed it with no way to recover it. That’s now changed.
When removing a document section, you now archive it instead of deleting it:
- Archived sections are hidden by default
- They become visible when you enable filters and choose to show archived sections
- Archived sections appear at the top of the document
- Any archived section can be restored at any time using the three-dot menu
The same workflow applies to document tabs, with one important difference:
- Archiving a document tab archives all of its sections at once
- The original tab structure is removed, and the content becomes a flat list of archived sections
- Archived document tabs can be restored, which restores all associated sections together
- Archived content can also be permanently deleted if needed
This gives you a much safer way to clean up documents while preserving history, references, and audit trails.

The team is working on functionality to allow archiving of Sections, Categories, and Document Tabs - before deletion.
This feature will be accompanied by a big upgrade to the filtering capability so that you can show or hide the archived content for reinstatement or deletion, and also other improvements to the filtering capability as well.
We will keep you updated as this gets released.
