Enhance the Quick Assign functionality so that assignments are applied only to tasks currently matching the active filter settings when using Quick Assign at the folder level.

Current Behavior

When using Quick Assign on a folder, the selected properties (such as Team, Team Member, Status, etc.) are applied to all child tasks within that folder, regardless of any active filters.

Requested Behavior

When filters are active, Quick Assign should only update tasks that are included in the filtered result set.
